The main emphasis for temporary recruitment is middle management, key-personell and specialists within the IT- and communications industry, HR and administration, sales, marketing and engineering. Capus Professional takes care of the whole recruitment process, from need assessment, via advertising, interviewing and testing, to final appointment.
Capus Executive
Capus Executive provides services aimed at those associated with management and specialist positions in both public and private sector organisations. We supply these services throughout the country. Over the years our associates have achieved considerable experience as consultants for management in Norway.
Capus Financials
Capus Financials is specialized in recruiting skilled personell for positions within economics, accounting and finance. Trough years of experience within these fields, in addition to excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry, we have managed to build a solid network. Capus Prosjekt
Capus Prosjekt focuses on engineer related positions and IT-projects. To keep up the pace within the engineering- and IT-businesses, Norway has a big demand for highly qualified engineers and IT-professionals. The Norwegian labour market is not big enough to meet the demand, so Capus Prosjekt recruits engineers and IT-professionals with an international approach.
Capus Omstilling
Capus has developed solid experience in advising customers in situations where changes are made within the organization that lead to downsizing and dismissals. Many of our consultants have participated actively as advisors in order to find good solutions for the ones affected by this. We offer both individual and group advising, and we assure the best possible treatment of everyone involved.
