The purpose of the job is to provide advice and support to management in matters related to HR policies and practice, driving HR processes to support the needs of the business. The HR Business Partner has the ability to use in-depth knowledge of business and functional strategies to create complementary people strategies to meet the needs of the business and the employees. The HR Business Partner is proactive in guidance and methods. Schneider offers an environment characterized by positivity and cooperation. Your main responsibilities are:
• Anticipate changes and define/put in place action plans that improve business growth and efficiency.
• Develop and support efficient HR processes
• Advice and follow up on any performance management issues
• Ensure recruitment of qualified candidates
• Competency and career management , talent and organization development
• Establish and support employer branding activities
• Support and follow up of annual appraisals processes
• Plan, administer and coordinate training programs and activities
• Coordinate and follow up of employee surveys
• Ensure internal communication related to HR processes, programs and activities

Your qualifications are:
• Master degree in Business Administration, preferably with specialization in HR/Organizational development
• Minimum five years experience from HR positions
• Good competence and knowledge in HR processes
• Advanced level in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
• Experience from international companies

The position is located in Vestby and Sandvika. Some traveling in connection with support to the various entities/locations must be expected.

The HR Business Partner reports to HR Country Director.
