Senior Sales Executive - Quintiq

Quintiq is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll sell sophisticated planning and optimization software to mid-sized and large companies in a specific market. You will be responsible for every aspect of the sales cycle: from seeking out new prospects, capturing their attention with our value proposition, and closing the deal. 
 
The role is based in Helsinki, Finland. You will work as part of a small team of experts, and report to Andreas Grundsell, Business Unit Director, based in Stockholm. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage complex sales cycles, including lead generation and qualification;
  • Maximize existing client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Work behind the scenes with clients, ensuring the software performs to their exact needs and specifications. This requires you to work with prospects at various levels, from domain experts up to board members;
  • Follow the sales methodology of Quintiq while tailoring your approach to your clients' needs and industry, applying complex sales and consultative selling methodologies;
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management at specific points of the sales cycle;
  • Keep all parties at all levels informed, involved and committed;
  • Be able to close deals.
 
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor or master degree
  • At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in planning
  • Experience in complex sales cycles, e.g. selling large scale ERP/SCM solutions to multinationals
  • The ability to align clients' needs with the solutions of Quintiq
  • Fluent Finnish is a requirement, and preferably Swedish. 
 
You know how to sell. You know how to analyze all the possibilities, targeting and selecting the right opportunities, engage with the customer, applying a consultative sales approach, and following them through to the end. You are independent, and take initiative to seek out opportunity’s instead of waiting for it to come to you.
