Phonect is seeking a Team- leader of The Delivery team. The Delivery team work with, among other things, development projects (internal and external), IPT, and Skype for Business/Competella. The right candidate will work as an Acting Manager for this team.
- Develop and maintain team culture
- Arrange team meetings and follow up employees
- Ticketing system follow up for Delivery
- Projects and System integration
- Contribute to a constructive and positive relationship to other Phonect´s teams and departments
- Documentation of: Delivery- / Project plans, processes and routines and technical configuration
- At least 5 years of experience
- Extensive technical experience and knowledge from telecom such as Skype for business, integrated telecom solutions, mobile services and networks
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Structured and process oriented
- Bachelor or master degree within IT
- Experience with unified communications such as Microsoft solutions, Exchange and Office 365
- Excellent communicational skills and fluent in English and/or Norwegian

Team lead Delivery
