Over a period of nearly ten years, Kindernay has developed a revolutionary, patented internal gear system for bicycles. Finally, the firm is ready to start the process of scaling sales and marketing. We are now looking for a person to lead sales.


The Head of Sales will work with:

  • Develop sales strategy
  • Operational sales
  • B2B sales towards bicycle stores, distributors, manufacturers and other partners
  • Lead customer service
  • Build a sales-oriented organization
  • Develop sales systems and processes


We are looking for:

  • Experience with domestic and international sales
  • Experience with developing sales processes
  • Experience with sale systems
  • Experience with leading and building the organisation
  • Experience with delivering results and a performance culture
